- A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to start work on your instrument & to establish a completion date
Instrument Warranty:
Considerations:
- pretested instrument necks
- traditional hand-made scarf-jointed method ensuring long life & stability.
- we do not use one piece, factory-style necks.
- all woods are air-dried for minimum of 5 years of more.
- all hand-made instruments are warrantied to last a lifetime under normal use during the lifetime of the maker.
Payment
- We accept PayPal, cash or certified check.
- The balance will be due prior to delivery of the instrument.
- If paying by check, the instrument will be shipped after the check has cleared the bank.
- Sales tax is applicable for Oklahoma residents only.
Shipping & Handling
You will receive a shipping quote upon completion of the instrument due to today's unpredictable shipping rates.
Refunds
- We believe that the client's satisfaction comes first.
- If you are not happy we will refund the cost of the instrument minus the shipping fee. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We will also replace, repair or offer partial refund when appropriate.
- Accidents, abuse and neglect of the instrument by the customer are not covered.
Repairs & Appraisals
- In-house professional repairs are available on all stringed instruments and bows.

The confidentiality of your information is very important to us.
How to Care for Your Instrument
- The owner is responsible for maintaining the instrument.
- Cracks, splits and breakage due to fluctuating temperatures and humidity are not covered by warranty.
- Keeping your instrument in a hard shell case will protect the instrument with a quality humidifier in the case in winter and a dehumidifier in summer .
- Instruments that are warped or cracked due to extreme change of temperature and humidity are not repairable.
- Repairs may cost more than the value of the instrument.
